Our technicians arrive equipped with a 4.8-gallon cleaning keg, ready to thoroughly flush each line with a specialized cleaning solution. This alkaline-based cleaner effectively breaks down and removes biomass, organic buildup, and mineral deposits from your beverage lines, ensuring your system remains clean and functioning at its best.
We carefully remove each beer spout and soak them in a sanitizing solution to break down any accumulated residue. We meticulously scrub every surface to ensure the complete removal of bacteria, yeast, and other buildup. Once thoroughly cleaned, the spouts are rinsed, sanitized again, and inspected to guarantee they are ready for use. This ensures that every pour is not only hygienic but also maintains the integrity of the beer’s flavor profile.
Each cleaning appointment involves a thorough inspection of all O-rings and gaskets, with replacements made as needed. We also tighten any loose fittings and check all components, including threading. Upon completion, you’ll receive a detailed status report, outlining the system's condition and any areas requiring attention.
Regularly scheduled cleaning includes a quarterly acidic system flush unless requested otherwise. This will help prevent the dreaded beer stone build up in your lines and components.
